Visit rates
First visit
$120
Ninety minutes at home. Every device looked at, the important things fixed, tidied and written down in large print. The right place to start.
Follow-up visit
$95
The same visit, whenever something new comes up — a new phone, a scary message, a grandchild moving further away.
Extended visit
$160
Up to three hours, for bigger jobs: a full device move plus scam-proofing, or two people in the same household helped in one sitting.
Phone help between visits is free for existing clients. If nothing needs fixing, there is nothing to pay — no repair, no charge.
The Family Plan
A subscription for families who want this handled permanently — especially those working long hours, or living overseas.
Kopi
$65 / month
- 2 home visits a year
- Unlimited phone and WhatsApp help
- Written summary to the family after each visit
- Scam-check of anything suspicious, any time
Makan
$110 / month
- 4 home visits a year
- Everything in Kopi
- Priority scheduling, including weekends
- Annual full security and scam-proofing review
Kampung
$180 / month
- Monthly home visits — 12 a year
- Everything in Makan
- Covers two older adults in one household
- Same-week response when something goes wrong
Every plan: visit summaries are only ever sent with the older person's knowledge and agreement. Pause or cancel any month — no lock-in, because locking families in would be exactly the thing we have spent twenty-five years not doing.
Travel coverage
Visits happen across Singapore. Travel is priced honestly and simply, and it is on this page rather than discovered on an invoice.
Central
$0
Rochor, Bugis, Little India, Kallang, Toa Payoh, Novena, Queenstown, Bukit Merah and the town centre. No travel charge, ever.
Most of Singapore
+$15
Tampines, Bedok, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Clementi, Jurong East, Woodlands, Yishun and everywhere in between.
Far corners
+$25
Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Changi Village, Pasir Ris far east and similar. Family Plan members never pay travel charges.
What is included, and what is not
Always included
- The full agreed time at home, at their pace — no clock-watching
- Everything written down in large print, left on paper
- Free phone help between visits for existing clients
- Honest advice on whether anything needs doing at all
- The large-print note, the house rule, and Ricky's number on the fridge
Not included
- Hardware and parts — if a part is genuinely needed, it is quoted first and bought at shop cost, with the receipt shown
- Repairs requiring the workbench — those go to the Sim Lim shop, where no repair means no charge
- Anything we were not asked to do — there are no extras invented on the day
- A visit where nothing needed fixing — that one is free
